MSK Zilina U19 add 18-year-old Ghana centre-back Yusif Haruna on loan

Ghanaian centre-back Yusif Haruna has joined MSK Zilina U19 from Zilina Africa on loan, completing his move to the Slovak club on 20 August 2026.

The 18-year-old defender will remain with the Under-19 side until 31 January 2027. MSK Zilina U19 compete in Slovakia’s I. Liga SD, and Haruna’s arrival gives the squad a left-footed central defender standing 1.93m tall.

Haruna was born on 7 July 2008 and has Ghanaian nationality. He is listed as a centre-back and favours his left foot, with his height and defensive role forming the main details of his playing profile.

The move follows his spell with Zilina Africa, where he had been involved during the 2025-26 season. Before returning to Zilina Africa, Haruna spent time on loan at Inter Allies after joining that club on 1 October 2025. His loan with Inter Allies ended on 30 June 2026, after which he returned to Zilina Africa.

Haruna’s latest switch keeps him within the Zilina setup while moving him into the club’s Under-19 team. The transfer was recorded as a loan rather than a permanent move, with the arrangement due to run for just over five months.

His move to MSK Zilina U19 is the latest stage of a sequence of temporary transfers since October 2025. He first moved from Zilina Africa to Inter Allies on loan, returned to Zilina Africa at the end of that agreement and has now taken up another loan assignment in Slovakia.

The defender’s current spell is scheduled to conclude on 31 January 2027, when he is due to return to Zilina Africa. Haruna has therefore joined MSK Zilina U19 for the 2026-27 season on a confirmed loan deal.
