Ghanaian technology company Izzikart has launched a platform designed to help businesses manage sales that begin on social media and messaging services, including customer orders, payments, stock and delivery.
Developed by MIQ Innovations Ltd, the platform is now officially available in Ghana and is starting to onboard vendors, riders, delivery agencies and strategic partners.
Its main feature allows customers to communicate with businesses and place orders through WhatsApp without downloading a separate shopping application. Izzikart says companies should be able to serve customers on the platforms they already use, rather than requiring them to install another app before completing a purchase.
The system is aimed at businesses that use WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to attract customers but do not have one system to handle the work that follows a buying decision.
Many social-media sellers promote products and communicate with customers online, but record orders, monitor inventory, follow payments and arrange deliveries through separate processes. Izzikart is intended to connect those tasks with the customer-facing shopping experience.
Through WhatsApp, customers can browse products, submit orders, make payments and receive updates about their orders and deliveries. Businesses can use web and mobile applications to oversee their operations.
Vendor tools include product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, customer details, promotions and payments. A central dashboard records incoming orders and enables businesses to follow each one from receipt through to delivery.
The platform also creates digital catalogues that sellers can share with customers. Inventory is connected to sales to support more accurate stock information, while payments can be monitored against specific orders.
Delivery operations are included within the same system. Riders can view assignments and dispatch information, update the progress of deliveries and confirm when orders have been completed.
Vendors can also create discounts and other offers through Izzikart’s promotional tools. The company says it will use its own social media channels to promote vendors’ products.
The platform is being targeted at food vendors, fashion businesses, cosmetics sellers and retailers, particularly those with established online audiences but largely manual sales processes.
Izzikart is available on the web, through the Google Play Store and on the Apple App Store.
The company was founded in Accra in 2026 by MIQ Innovations Ltd. Its founder and chief executive, Michael Kwame, is a technology entrepreneur and marketer with experience in software development and digital marketing.
