Police Ladies Keep Semi-Final Hopes Alive With 3-1 Win Over Sam Nelly

Ghana’s Police Ladies revived their chances of reaching the last four of the WAFU B Women’s Champions League Qualifiers after a spirited 3-1 victory over Benin’s Sam Nelly on Wednesday night.

Playing under the floodlights at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium, the Ghanaian side showed determination and composure, bouncing back from earlier setbacks in the competition.

Police Ladies dominated possession and created several chances, with their forwards proving clinical when it mattered most. Despite a late push from Sam Nelly, the Ghanaian side held firm to secure all three points.

The win breathes new life into Police Ladies’ campaign, keeping their hopes of a last-four finish very much alive as the qualifiers intensify.
