Veep Celebrates Vals Day With The Deaf

The Vice President, Paa Kwasi Bekoe Amissah Arthur on Sunday celebrated the Valentine’s Day with pupils of the Koforidua School for the Deaf in the Eastern Region.

He donated boxes of chocolates, biscuits, drinks, and other items to the inmates and staff of the school.

According to him, the gesture was to show love and care for the pupils further assuring them of government’s commitment to support them to unearth their full potential.

Meanwhile, the Headmaster of Koforidua School for the Deaf, Jordan Abgona has expressed gratitude to the Vice President for the donation but disclosed that the school is in dire need of dormitory accommodation to contain the growing number of pupils in the school.
