Two bow out of NPP Abuakwa North primary

Two New Patriotic Party aspirants for the Abuakwa North Parliamentary primary have withdrawn their candidature.

The two, Osei Twum Ampofo and Lawyer K. Amoah have sent their withdrawal letters to the regional executives and declared support for the three remaining aspirants.

Abuakwa North seat became vacant following the gruesome murder of the MP for the area, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu at his residence in Accra.

The Eastern regional communication Director of the NPP David Prah told Starr News the Party is confident of retaining the seat.
