Fuseini, who played a crucial role in Union SG’s historic Belgian league title triumph, could barely contain his excitement as the reality of Champions League football draws near.

The 22-year-old Black Stars attacker, known for his pace and attacking flair, was instrumental in the club’s title-winning campaign, and now has his sights firmly set on rubbing shoulders with Europe’s elite.

“I’m looking forward to playing against big teams like Real Madrid, PSG, Liverpool, and other big clubs. It will be a great experience for me,” he said.

Fuseini already has valuable European experience under his belt, having impressed in last season’s Europa League, and believes Union SG is well-equipped to compete under the revamped Champions League format.

“I think we should be able to get through because we have a good squad and a good coach. I think everything is possible,” he added.

With Ghanaian talent increasingly making waves across European football, Fuseini’s journey to the Champions League is not just a personal milestone, it’s a proud moment for Ghanaian football fans everywhere.

As Union Saint-Gilloise prepares for the spotlight, all eyes will be on the dynamic forward to see if he can make his mark in what promises to be a thrilling debut campaign at Europe’s top table.
