Sack “old” civil servants at the ministries – Anita De-Soso to Mahama

The Women’s Organiser of the National Democratic Congress’s [NDC’s] Anita De-Soso has appealed to President John Dramani Mahama to with immediate effect “sack” all Civil Servants who need to be on retirement yet serving at the various Ministries.

According to her, the Ministries and other government institutions have been occupied by old age civil servants whose contribution towards national development is meagre, after describing some as crooks stealing from government coffers.

Speaking on Adom FM, Deputy Coordinator for National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) counseled President Mahama that, unless the “Mugabe’s” are kicked out from all government institutions his aim to fighting corruption will be unsuccessful.

“The President must sack all those who have served at the ministries and various government institutions for long. Some are supposed to go on retirement yet they are there doing nothing. If the President really want to fight corruption, then he must sack all the Mugabe’s,” she said.
