Police to dispose of 35 unclaimed bodies

Accra, Oct. 19, GNA – The Ghana Police Service announced on Friday that 35 unclaimed corpses in the mortuary of the Police Hospital would be disposed of to pave way for new intake and adequate preservation of known corpses in the mortuary.

A statement issued in Accra on Friday by the Public Affairs Directorate of the Ghana Police Service said the Police Administration was therefore calling on persons who had corpses in the mortuary to come forward and claim them before Saturday, October 27.
