Parts of Ho flooded

Low lying areas in Ho got flooded on Saturday following a downpour.

The about three-hour rainstorm displaced residents at Anlokordzi, Fiave, Housing and Dornorkordzi.

Roofs of some houses were ripped off and rooms filled were with water.

Some major streets were rendered impassable, with trees uprooted by the strong winds, lying across the streets.

Sokode-Lokoe, Taviepe-Deme and a few other surrounding communities were also flooded, with reports of people displaced by the rainstorm.
