NGO presents gift to hospital

Asankrangwa (W/R), July 17, GNA- Share-Life Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) at Asankrangwa in the Western Region, has presented a number of items worth over one million cedis to patients of the Maternity Block of the Asankrangwa Catholic Hsopital. The items included a bag of sugar, cartons of milk, milo and biscuits.

The Director of the Foundation, Mr Anthony K. Sekyi, said the foundation would soon step up its HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in 20 communities in the district and appealed to health personnel to join the crusade.

Nana A. K. Cobbinah, the Principal Nursing Officer thanked the NGO for the donation and appealed to other benevolent organisations and citizens of Wassa Amenfi to emulate it.
