MTN to provide free services to mark festival

The Western Regional branch of MTN Ghana is to provide internet services for the public to access information free as part of activities to mark its month long festival to be observed this October.

Launching the festival dubbed “Twin City Festival” at Fijai, in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis, Mr David Gyimah Boadi, Western Regional Manager of the MTN noted that

Information Communication Technology (ICT) has brought nations together as a global village.

He said his outfit had teamed up with the Skky Media Group at Fijai to give free tuition and provide internet services.

Mr Boadi said urged the public to take advantage of this golden opportunity to enrich their knowledge in ICT at stands that would be mounted at vantage points in the metropolis.

He said other activities outlined to mark the festival include keep fit games, free medical screening, lecture on topical issues and a thanksgiving service.
