MP donates generator to Adentan Police

Mr Emmanuel Ashie Moore, Member of Parliament (MP) for Adentan, has donated a generator set to the Adentan Police District Headquarters, to mitigate on-going power outages.

Mr Moore stated that security was one of his priority areas, hence the decision to donate the generator set to afford the police the opportunity to get light when power went off.

He assured the police of more support, adding that he would provide them with bicycles and motorbikes to help in community policing.

The MP appealed to the residents to retain him, by giving him four more years to enable him complete the many infrastructural and other development projects, as he readied to roll out more.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the police station, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Martin Ayiih thanked the MP for the gesture.

“We are grateful for the benevolent support by the MP, having recognized how the power crisis is affecting our work and helping us with the generator set,” he stated.

DSP Ayiih appealed for support from corporate organizations and philanthropists.
