Mankessim launches newspaper

Mankessim, March 24, GNA – Central Express, a weekly newspaper produced by FED Kastle Media consult, a Saltpond based non-governmental organization, has been launched at Mankessim. Mr. Kojo Anaisie Yarquah, a former Presiding Member of Cape Coast Municipal now Metropolitan Assembly who launched the paper on behalf of Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama, called on media practitioners to help to sustain the peace the nation was enjoying before, during and after the general elections in December.

Mr. Kofi Ankomah Hagan, Executive Director of Ankogan Phones, bought the second copy for GHc500. Mr. Kingsley Owusu, a businessman, bought the third copy for GHc500 while Mr. Aquinas Tawiah Quansah, NDC Parliamentary candidate for Mfantseman West, bought the fourth copy for GHc500.
