Hon. Lee Ocran a native of Nawule in the Jomoro district of the Western Region has been our preacher of Justice and that every body in the region irrespective of their political affiliations can testify of him as the true perpetrator of the adage in the Bible, “Leave the captured and look for the lost ones”. He has used this principle to make the land one party region which is confidential in order for accumulation of compensation from other parties.
One may ask if that is genuine then why did he lost to Samiah in the previous elections. The truth is that the people of the land were deceived in conscience that Samiah could possesses at least some qualities of her father Dr. Kwame Nkrumah or knows very well about him or his numerous books which could outwit that of the Honorable without throwing light on the processes of governance. But lacked credence and failed on their behalf especially in the execution of projects. On account of these, they have psychologically learnt from their mistakes and coldly generated resistance to any party yet to intrude into the land apart form NDC.
What is recently deluding the people from their stance in promoting the NDC till ages come is their perception of not hearing the Honorable Lee Ocran’s name in the high appointees of Mahama Amissah Arthur’s administration as tribalistic posing threat to NDC in the region.
Their trouble about the whole issue is of the statement “OLD APPOINTEES WOULD NOT RETURN” not even the advice of old recruits only not maintaining their old portfolios. Should a statistical correlation be made in a form of interview then one can ascertain almost all students pursuing right from basic to tertiary educations have affiliations with Hon. Lee Ocran which made them accepted wholeheartedly the increment in minister’s remuneration unlike the other regions where it was doubtful.
He even began the distribution of laptops to some schools in Jomoro before the advent of the Free better Ghana Agenda which was perceived in NDC’s name.
I wish the recent survey by FAKS investigative Services in Ghana which was intended to find the most performed Minister in Ghana and considered Mr Owusu Ampofo, local government and rural development ministry as the best was carried out in the whole western region and also factored on their duration in the ministry then Hon Lee Ocran could have been unraveled as the astounding performer of whom every body likes.
The meager population interviewed by FAKS is hundreds of thousands lesser than those in supportive of Hon Lee Ocran
I am therefore appealing to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, downward to the NDC associates to consider this trivial note to preserve the significant populace of NDC and beyond in Jomoro and Chief regions which is certifiable by Hon. Francis Anaman.
I am also calling on my colleagues who cover the above mentioned region to exercise restrain and have confidence in our dear President His Excellency Our John Mahama for He has actually been a man of flawlessness
I am heartily congratulating our Elected Ministers and Other Apointees for their positions.
