JJ never instructed activist on NDC T-shirts

The Special Aide to the Former President, Mr. J.J. Rawlings, Mr. Victor Smith, has denied any knowledge about a meeting held at the residence of the former President on the use of the late Ya-Na Yakubu Andani?s picture in NDC ?T? shirts.

He said no such meeting has taking place and the former president has not issued any instructions to any body or group of people either to use or not to use the late Ya-Na?s picture in NDC ?T? shirts.

?I organise all his meetings and I don?t remember any such meeting taking place,? the Special Aide noted.

It was reported in the 2nd June edition the Heritage that the former President had instructed some NDC activists who intended to use the late Ya-Na?s picture in party?s ?T? shirt to desist from the act.
