House of Consecration Ministry has celebrated its 15th anniversary with a four-day programme centred on the theme “Revealing Jesus”, bringing together leading ministers of the Gospel, church members and worshippers.
The event featured Dr. Mensa Otabil, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams and Bishop Frank Ofosu-Appiah, alongside sessions of preaching, prayer, praise and thanksgiving. It also provided an opportunity to reflect on the ministry’s development and consider its vision for the years ahead.
House of Consecration Ministry was founded in February 2011 by Rev. Kingsley Adjei Agyemang and his wife, Lady Ivy Adjei Agyemang. It began with a small gathering at Social Welfare in Madina before moving to its own premises by December that year, when it held its first prophetic crossover service.
Fifteen years on, the anniversary was used to reaffirm the ministry’s commitment to teaching God’s Word and helping believers grow in spiritual maturity.
On the opening day, Dr. Mensa Otabil preached before joining Rev. Kingsley and Lady Ivy for the dedication of the church premises. The ceremony included the unveiling of a dedication plaque and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Bishop Frank Ofosu-Appiah led the second day’s programme with a message on spiritual maturity and vision. He also stressed the need to understand and apply the Word of God.
On day three, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams led an intense prayer session focused on intercession, spiritual authority and the responsibility of praying for church and national leaders.
Music formed part of the four-day celebration, with ministrations from Min. Becky Bonney, Min. Paolo, Efe Grace and Uncle Ato contributing to the praise and worship sessions.
The programme ended with a Thanksgiving Service, where the congregation gave thanks for the ministry’s 15-year journey and looked towards its future.
Reflecting on the anniversary, Rev. Kingsley Adjei Agyemang thanked God for sustaining the ministry since its establishment. He also expressed appreciation to Lady Ivy, the congregation, guest ministers, music ministers, volunteers and everyone involved in organising the celebration.
“Looking back at where we started in February 2011 and seeing what God has done over these 15 years fills our hearts with gratitude. What began as a small gathering in Madina has become a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and we do not take His grace for granted,” he said.
He added that the commitment and support of those who attended and contributed to the event had helped make the anniversary memorable.
“As we celebrate this milestone, we recognise that there is more work to be done. Our commitment is to continue teaching the Word of God, building believers in spiritual maturity and revealing Jesus in our community and beyond,” he said.
As it begins its next chapter, House of Consecration Ministry’s leadership says it will continue strengthening believers through biblical teaching, prayer and service, while building on the foundations established during its first 15 years.
