Greater Accra NDC Zongo caucus hold elections

The Zongo Caucus of the Ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) would on Tuesday December 2, hold its Greater Accra Regional Congress to elect its executives.

A statement signed by Alhaji Yussif Captain, National Co-ordinator and Alhaji Alhassan Bene, National Secretary of the Caucus in Accra and copied to Ghana News Agency in Accra on Monday said other regional elections would 0be held subsequently.

It said the caucus is set to elect its executives against the up-coming NDC National Delegate Congress which would be held in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region on December 20.

The statement called on incumbent executives and members who wish to contest for the regional executive positions to submit their nominations.

The statement asked all its members and other NDC sympathisers to remain calm united as the party is going into its National Executives Campaign.
