GRA/Subah committee is a disgrace – Franklin Cudjoe charges

Mr. Franklin Cudjoe, Founding President & CEO of IMANI Ghana has expressed disappointment at a report issued on Monday by government, vindicating Subah Infosolutions Ghana Limited.

A technical committee set up by government to investigate the agreement between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Subah Infosolutions Ghana Limited exonerated Subah, describing the contract as legal.

According to the committee, the decision to exonerate Subah was based “on the legitimacy and capacity of the board chairman to sign such agreements”.

But speaking to the issue on Tuesday’s edition of ‘Kokrokoo,’ Franklin Cudjoe described the committee as a kangaroo court and added that he was saddened by the findings and conclusion of the report.

“The IT person at a very cheap internet café can do what Subah claims they have done. This is the highest form of insult. I am appalled and I think the committee that sat to make this claim and have issued this paper is a disgrace.”
