GPRTU releases new transport fares

The Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU) has released the new transport fares expected to be charged by drivers at various terminals.
The GPRTU on Thursday announced a 5 per cent reduction in transport fares effective today, Friday, January 9, 2015.
The reduction in fares is as a result of the National Petroleum Authority’s (NPA) announcement of a 10 per cent reduction in petroleum prices following the falling prices of crude oil on the world market.
