GFA President Visits Police Ladies Ahead Of CAF Champions League Qualifier

GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku has paid a morale-boosting visit to Police Ladies FC as they prepare for their CAF Women’s Champions League qualifier.

The president’s visit formed part of efforts to inspire the team and affirm the FA’s commitment to women’s football. He interacted with players and technical staff, encouraging them to believe in their abilities and represent Ghana proudly on the continental stage.

Police Ladies, who are set to fly the flag of Ghana in the competition, expressed gratitude for the show of support. Many players described the visit as a confidence boost, coming just days before a crucial test in their continental journey.

Police Ladies will be hoping to make history by securing qualification to the CAF Women’s Champions League, following in the footsteps of Hasaacas Ladies, Ghana’s first representatives in the tournament.
