Former member of the Council of State under the John Agyekum Kufuor administration Alhaji Alhassan Bin Salih has died.
Salih died in the late hours of Monday. Family sources say he’s been sick for some time now.
Until his demise, he was a member of the Upper West Regional Council of Elders of the New Patriotic Party.
He left behind 12 children.
