Everybody is a “King Kong” in NPP – Wereko-Brobby

The Chief Policy Analyst at the Ghana Institute for Public Policy (GIPPO), Dr. Charles Wereko-Brobby has charged the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party to solve the internal wrangling that has bedeviled the party for over a year now.

According to him, members of the Council of Elders and the National Executive Committee and other leading members are in a power struggle and acting with impunity.

“Everybody is behaving like a king kong in the party,” Dr. Wereko-Brobby told Fiifi Banson on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.3FM Tuesday.

The former Chief Executive Officer of the Volta River Authority added that failure to solve the problems in the NPP ahead of the 2016 general elections could lead to apathy among supporters of the party.

He urged Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to stamp his authority and unite the party to fight towards winning the 2016 general elections.
