Deputy Education minister donates bus to Nursing school

Deputy Minister for Education in charge of Pre-tertiary Education, Hon. Alex Kyeremeh says he is determined to ensure that the Techiman Community Nursing School located at Krobo, becomes one of the best in the country.
He made the pledge at a short ceremony during which he presented a bus worth Eighty-two thousand cedis to the school.
Present at the ceremony were the chief of Krobo, Nana Asa Akompanin, Management of the school and officials from the ministry of Health.
Hon. Alex Kyeremeh started the school during his tenure as Municipal Chief Executive of the Techiman Municipality. The school which started rather humbly is now affiliated to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
The Deputy Minister of Education tells rawgist.com he moved to acquire the bus for the school following an appeal to him by management of the institution.
Hon. Alex Kyeremeh, who is also Member of Parliament for Techiman North, says the development of the school’s infrastructure remains an important priority to him.
