Blessed Love Chapel initiates projects

The Blessed Love Chapel International is to construct a school and a chapel complex at Agbogba near Madina, to cater for the education and spiritual needs of the people in the community.

The church is currently offering financial assistance to the poor and the needy in the community to help in their education.

Pastor Francis Nomo, the Head Pastor of the church, said this at the opening of a five-day Fasting and Prayer crusade at Agbogba on Monday.

The crusade, which is on the theme: “Oh Lord Look at Me”, is aimed at praying for the spiritual well-being of participants and also to pray for peace and stability in the nation.

Pastor Nomo said for the country to progress, there was the need for the citizenry to pray at all times.

“Prayers solve problems”, he said, adding that, “the country can get out of her economic woes only through God who answers prayers”.

He urged the youth to get acquainted with the word of God so that they can sail through the economic hardship they face instead of indulging in get-rich-quick deals.

Pastor Nomo also urged religious leaders to lead exemplary lives worthy of emulation rather than indulging in acts that may tarnish the image of the clergy.
