The New Patriotic Party is “bleeding profusely and if nothing is done the party will collapse,” that is the stark verdict by a founding member of the elephant family Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe.
In an interview with host of GH Today Kafui Dey, the suspended member of the NPP lamented that the party is heading in the wrong direction and called on stalwarts of the party including Odoi Sykes and KG Osei Bonsu to speak up.
“There is some selective treatment in the NPP and for reasons not known to me people who are supposed to be talking in the party are not talking. People like KG Osei Bonsu and Odoi Sykes,” Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe said.
The medical doctor said he would not give up on the NPP and will continue to speak up until the right thing is done.
Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe also stated that he is yet to know the reason for his suspension.
“I don’t why I was suspended, until now nobody has given me a reason…according to a letter it was because of certain remarks that I had made in the past.
“…It is amazing because people have made ethnocentric comments, my good friend Yaw Osafo Marfo’s comments really shocked me…there is some selective treatment in the NPP.”
