Alisa Hotel holds health walk

Ms Grace Adams, Sales & Marketing Representative of Alisa Hotels Limited, has called on Ghanaians to engage in frequent exercises to enable them to stay healthy at all times.

Ms Adams made the call over the weekend at the end of this year’s Health Walk of the Hotel in Accra.

The walk, which started from the premises of the hotel through Kanda to Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Danquah Circle to Osu through State House, ended at the hotel.

It was aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle of the clients of the hotel as well as people in the community.

Ms Adams said it is only one is healthy that he or she could contribute to national development.

“I entreat all Ghanaians to at least do 30 minutes exercise every day,” she added.

The walk was jointly sponsored by MTN, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited and Coca- Cola Bottling Company Ghana Limited.
