Afotey Agbo runs to court to avoid arrest

There was drama in court Monday as Greater Accra regional minister Nii Laryea Afotey Agbo rushed to the premises during a trial, in order to avoid arrest.

According to Starr News’ Wilberforce Asare who was in court, the court had issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the minister after he consistently failed to show up in a suit he was involved in.

However, the presiding judge Naa Adoley Azu stood down the case for the minister’s arrest after he had showed up following calls to him by his lawyers.
