Accident: Injured were “ordinary” Flagstaff House workers – Stan Dogbe

Presidential Staffer Stan Dogbe has said staff of the presidency who were involved in an accident on Thursday were “ordinary workers” of Flagstaff House and not presidential staffers.

According to him, media reports on the matter have been exaggerated.

Fifteen presidential staffers heading to the State House were involved in a near-fatal accident at the Ako Adjei interchange in Accra, Thursday.

A DAF truck rammed into the bus of the staffers at the rear and almost fell from the interchange, but ended up leaning against the pillars.

The Cantonments Police Station confirmed the motor crash to Starr News.

Reacting to the News on Twitter, the head of the communications bureau at the Flagstaff House said contrary to reports that many of the workers were injured in the incident, only two individuals were affected.

The tweet has, however, been removed from his account.
