Abuakwa North NDC executives summon Victor Smith to render campaign accounts

The Constituency and Branch executives of the opposition NDC have summoned the immediate past Ghana’s Ambassador to UK,Victor Smith,who was Parliamentary candidate for the party in the 2016 election to render accounts of the campaign.

According to the angry constituency executives,Victor Smith hijacked all resources including campaign cash, 1000 pieces of clothes, Wellington booths ,spraying machines,unknown quantities of Cutlasses, and monies for Monitoring and Taskforce during the election without releasing them.

The executives say several attempts to get Ambassador Victor Smith to explain the whereabout of logistics and resources meant for the constituency and branch executives which never got to them, have proven futile.

A member constituency executive Alhaji Shaibu popularly Known as Den Baba, on behalf of the constituency told Kasapa News, Victor Smith must render account to the party.

He said Victor Smith and his wife disrespected the constituency and branch executives during the 2016 campaign alleging that,the wife of Victor Smith on several occasion unleashed vulgar words against the executives whenever they visit his home
