Leadership urged to dedicate themselves to serve the people

Koforidua, April 29, GNA- The Rev. Cannon Samuel Benjamin Nii-Moi-Addo of Akwatia St. Francis of Assisi Anglican Church, has called on people in leadership positions to identify themselves with the needs and aspirations of the people they serve.

He explained that, it was only under such conditions that they would be able to help find early solutions to the problems confronting society and contribute towards making Ghana a better place to stay. Cannon Nii-Moi-Addo was delivering the sermon

at the Koforidua St. Peter’s Anglican Cathedral after he and Rev. Fr. Jacob Nii Ayi Hammond of the Atibie Christ the King Anglican Church had been installed as Cannons of the Koforidua Diocese of the Anglican Church at the Cathedral on Sunday.

He called on the people to show appreciation for dedication and hard work and stop the attitude of pulling down dedicated people who speak the truth.

Cannon Nii-Moi-Addo called for dedication and hard work on the part of all so that the country could be a better place for all and the church to grow in seize and quality for all Christians. 29 April 2007
