Weather warning to public

Accra, April 12, GNA- A rain storm observed to the Northern parts of the Republic of Togo and Benin accompanied with strong surface winds is expected to affect the Eastern portions of the Northern and Upper regions of Ghana, according to a weather report by the Ghana Meteorological Agency on Wednesday.

Communities to be affected include Saboba, Zabzugu, Bugri, Bawku, also Kabaka and surrounding areas and later move Westwards to affect the Western portion by dawn.

The Agency asked those who will be plying on northern portions of the Volta Lake to take precautionary measures since they will encounter strong winds. 12 April 07.
