Accra, Aug.11, GNA – Mr Martin Adouki, a Diplomatic Adviser to President Dennis Sassou-Nguesso of Congo Brazzaville on Wednesday delivered a special message to President John Agyekum Kufuor at the Castle, Osu.
Details of the message were not disclosed but it is believed to centre on bilateral relations between the two countries. President Kufuor later held closed-door discussions with Mr Adouki.
