NPP has been lying to Ghanaians from day one – George Loh

Former Member of Parliament for North Dayi, George Loh, has accused the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) of lying to Ghanaians right from day one.

Speaking with Ekourba Gyasi on Atinka AM Drive Wednesday, George Loh said what the NPP told Ghanaians prior to the elections concerning the Free SHS is different from what the party is trying to implement.

He added that the NPP has resorted to lies knowing that they have failed to execute the free SHS policy. According to George Loh, the NPP promised Ghanaians that their administration would embark on a vigorous programme to ensure all 4 year-olds attain kindergarten education.

He added that the NPP also promised to prioritize the training of early childhood and kindergarten teachers to reflect the importance attached to the educational sector as well as an equal opportunity for children of all backgrounds.

“So if today the Minister of Education is telling us a different story then what is he trying to tell us, then they are blatant liars. NPP has specialized in the act of telling lies”, he concluded.
