Probe corruption under Mahama – AFAG tells Nana Addo

Pressure group Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG) has charged President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo to investigate all corruption cases under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government.

Addressing a press conference in Accra on Tuesday, December 13, General Secretary for AFAG Arnold Boateng called for a scrutiny of “all ministries, especially the Sports Ministry”.

The group also indicated that it would not relent on its efforts to expose any corrupt practices in the incoming NPP government and called on all citizens to join efforts in rooting out corruption from governance.

“We shall embark on institutional corruption exposure in all the ministries. We shall relentlessly help government in the fight against corruption”.

They also cautioned individuals in the civil service on any attempts of sabotage against the citizens to desist from stampeding or undermining the incoming government.
