Nana Broni elected JUSAH chairman

Kumasi, Nov 26, GNA – Nana Broni Dei, a registrar at the Kuntanase magistrate court in the Bosomtwe-Atwima-Kwanwoma District was elected chairman of the Ashanti Region branch of the Judicial Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) for a four-year term.

Miss Augustina Bremba was elected secretary, Paul Sefah Amoateng, Mr Isaac Tay, Vice-chairman, Mr Agyemang Yiadom Yeboah, assistant secretary, with Miss Elizabeth Oppong and Fuseini Sulemana were elected regional council members.

Swearing in the new executive into office, Mrs Justice Kusi Appau, the Supervising High Court Judge for Ashanti Region, congratulated the new executive on their election.

Nana Broni Dei invited views and criticisms of the judicial service but said such criticisms should be constructive and also called on them to embrace the Chief Justice’s campaign for discipline in the judicial service.
