Twifo District connects to the Internet

Twifo Praso (C/R), Sept 22, GNA- The Twifo-Heman-Lower-Denkyira District was on Saturday hooked to the Internet) at a ceremony at Twifo-Praso in the Central Region.

Mr Abraham Odoom, the District Chief Executive, inaugurated the 180-million-cedis project, aimed at marketing the potentials of the district to the international community.

The Chief Executive of NETPLUX a licensed Internet Service providers that executed the project, Mr Francis Achemdey, said apart from exposing the district to potential investors the linkage will also be used for long distance learning and video conferencing.
