Mahama takes Changing Lives Tour to the Upper West Region

President John Mahama has announced plans to prioritise rehabilitation work on some road networks across the country under the Presidential Strategic Road Project.

Such roads will be taken off the Government of Ghana budget and awarded on contract with funds readily made available for the work to be implemented within the shortest possible time.

President Mahama said this when he addressed a forum in Wa in the Upper West Region as part of the changing lives and Transforming Ghana tour.

President Mahama threw the crowd into a state of frenzy when he rode on a tri-cycle nick named “Mahama Camboo” to the venue of the event.
