It is unclear the reason for the sudden decision by the Committee, but Starr News understands some of the committee members and the petitioner Anas Aremeyaw Anas are traveling.

Starr News’ Court correspondent Wilberforce Asare reports that all the 14 lower court judges who were expected to appear before the committee have been informed to appear on November 2 and 3.

The Committee was established by the Chief Justice Theodora Georgina Wood following the embarrassing corruption expose’ in the Judiciary by journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his investigative team.

Headed by Supreme Court judge, the committee is to delve into the matters of the damning video evidence detailing bribery in the Judicial Service.
