Two unidentified taxi drivers in coma

Two unidentified taxi drivers have been in coma at the Nsawam Government Hospital since, Monday January 26, after drinking a concoction of beverages from some car snatching gangsters, at Nsawam.

The Nsawam Police spokesman told the Ghana News Agency that a gang of car snatchers met the two drivers at Africana Drinking spot at Nsawam, at about 1900 hours on Monday.

He said the gangsters bought assorted drinks for the drivers and after drinking it they (drivers) went into comma.

He said the gangsters fled with one of the taxis, leaving behind a Toyota taxi with registration number GR 4090-14 at the drinking spot.

The spokesman said the Nsawam, Amasaman, Adeiso and Coaltar Police had, therefore, mounted search for the gangsters and appealed to the public to assist.
