National Theatre shuts down for maintenance

The board, management and staff of the National Theatre, Accra, has announced that it would shut down briefly for its annual routine maintenance break.

A press release signed by the Management of the National Theatre and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the maintenance break would start from Monday, January 5 to Friday January 23, 2015.

As part of the schedule, the Theatre would be shut down from Friday, January 9, to Monday January 12, 2015 for fumigation, and during the period it would be completely closed down to staff and the public.

The Management apologised to the public for any inconvenience caused but gave the assurance that top management and critical staff would be on phone to attend to emergencies.

It thanked its cherished clients and the public for their co-operation.
