Nana Akufo-Addo and the leadership of the NPP on Friday joined the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, at the Central Mosque to give thanks to Allah for the successful election of Nana Akufo-Addo as the NPP’s flagbearer for the 2016 Election.
Nana Akufo-Addo, was recently re-elected Flag-bearer ahead of the 2016 general elections. On Thursday Nana Akufo Addo, the twice-defeated presidential candidate named Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as his Running Mate.
They were there to give thanks to Allah for the “successful election of Nana Akufo-Addo as the NPP’s flag-bearer for the 2016 Election”.
Nana Akufo-Addo also used the opportunity to introduce Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to the Chief Imam as his Running Mate for the 2016 Presidential Election.
They have expressed the optimism of winning the 2016 elections after losing in 2008 and 2012.
