Seth Terkper, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning on Tuesday presented the government’s 2013 budget statement on the floor of parliament.
The NPP Minority, who boycotted most activities in parliament which according to them legitimised the presidency of Mahama, were today in parliament to listen to the president’s appointee read out his (Mahama) plan for the country in 2013.
