The Women’s Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Asawasi Constituency has congratulated President John Dramani Mahama on his inauguration.
Hajia Lucky Hajara, the Women’s Organizer, said at a meeting that the wing would support the President to implement his development agenda to make life better for all Ghanaians and added that “we have no doubt that he will work hard to meet the expectations of the people by fulfilling his election campaign promises.”
“It is our hope that he will take bold decisions, to create jobs for the large army of the country’s unemployed youth to enable them to lead decent lives.”
He appealed to the President to roll out skills acquisition programmes that would benefit women.
