KNUST Signs MoU With Ohio Northern University

The faculty of Pharmacy of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Pharmacy Council of Ohio Northern University. The KNUST Faculty of Pharmacy is making frantic efforts to award doctorate degrees.
In a short but colourful ceremony the Dean of Pharmacy KNUST, Mr. T.C Fleischer stressed on the need for this all important understanding after three years of interaction with their counterparts from the U.S.A. especially when the faculty was in transition.
The Dean of Pharmacy Ohio University, Mr. Jon Sprague indicated it was only expedient. Northern University has endeavoured to help in this transaction by way of training. The Pro Vice Chancellor of KNUST, Prof. Peter Donkoh reiterated the importance of this memorandum and said it could not have come at a better time since the ever talked about “Brain Drain” is gradually turning to “Brain Gain” in favour of the country.
