Odododiodoo NDC and NPP agree to resolve their differences

Odododiodoo Constituency of National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) have pledged to co-exist peacefully and work together for the development of the constituency.

They therefore called on the residents to register when the biometric voter registration exercise began on Saturday, March 24.

The pledge was contained in a statement jointly signed by Mr Joseph Otoo, NDC Constituency Secretary and Mr Raymond Tettey, NPP Constituency Secretary and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra on Thursday.

This was the outcome of a meeting convened by Chief Superintendent of Police, Oklu Gyamera, Accra Central Divisional Police Commander, attended by Constituency Executives of both parties and their parliamentary candidates and Member of Parliament for Odododiodoo, Nii Tackie-Komme.

They regretted the incident that occurred on Monday, March 19, at Zongo Lane and “wish to inform the general public that the issue has been resolved”.**
