CPP leaders have betrayed us

We act as executive members of the CPP party in the Nkawkaw and Mpraeso constituencies of the Eastern Region of Ghana.

We are expressing our displeasure at our national chairperson, Hon. Samia Nkrumah and the national executive for acting in a way that contravenes the CPP’s Constitution. When you read Article 78 (3), it says that the party has to organize primaries 24 months before general election.

We want her to organise the party flagbearership congress early enough instead of postponing it to next year.

We are let down because, we have not seen any practical steps been taken to organize the congress and also improve the party.

We are beginning to accept the alleged news that, she is taking money from the ruling party to help them in 2012.

We have lost faith in her as the national chairperson of the party.
