Accra, Sept. 15, GNA – The death is reported of Mr Edward Mensah Kpodonu, a.k.a Eddie Mends at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra on August 23 after a short illness.
The late Kpodonu was a Member of the National Investigations Committee (NIC) and Chief Executive Officer of GHAPEJUSO.
He was also a former Member of the Association of Cuban Trained Cadres.
A statement issued in Accra on Thursday by the family said burial service would be held at the Presbyterian/Methodist Church behind the 37 Military Hospital Mortuary at 0830 hours on October 1, 2011 before internment at the Osu Cemetary.
It said final funeral rites would continue immediately after the burial at the church premises.
