Gun man shoots into Asunafo South NPP chairman’s room

Goaso (B/A), April 13,GNA – The Asunafo South Constituency executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP)are living in mortal fear after an unknown person shot through a bedroom window of Mr. Osei Bonsu, the chairman.

He was not in his room at the time of the incident on that fateful Saturday.

Mr. Bonsu disclosed to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that he travelled to Bibiani that day and returned late in the night but decided to spend the night with his second wife. He said he reported the matter to the Kukuom Police the following morning when he found a bullet on his bed. Madam Adwoa Boame, the local women’s organiser of the party, also experienced similar incidence but was also not in her room that night. The Kukuom Police are investigating the matter.
