Nkawie (Ash), Dec 28, GNA – The Atwima Divisional Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Boakye Afful, has given assurance of adequate security arrangements to ensure that the district level poll in the area is peaceful= .. He told the Ghana News Agency at Nkawie that the police were ready to handle any emergency. He said more men would be deployed and there would also be police patro= l and stand-by teams to quickly suppress any threat to the peace. Mr Afful appealed to the candidates and their supporters to conduct themselves well to enable the election to pass off without a single nasty incident.
