Kade court issues bench warrant for driver’s arrest

Kade, Dec 10, GNA – The Kade District Magistrate Court on Thursday issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Umoro Samaranu, a driver, charge= d with use of motor vehicle without advance warning triangle. The prosecution said on November 02, Samaranu failed to provide a warning triangle when policemen demanded to see it.

Police Inspector D. T. Nartey said due to high rate of road accident= s and indiscipline by drivers, a team of policemen from Akwatia and Asamank= ese districts mounted a special operation at Osenase. It was during that exercise that the accused was arrested. 10 Dec. 10
